“Outside looks like an old motel but inside the rooms are really nice. They solved the parking problem really well with cones and dedicated parking spaces for each room. We had to wait quite a while to check in as it is apparently the same guy that runs the boat rental and the little bait shop”

“Scott checked me in. He was delightful and informative. Room very nice and clean. Comfy love seat. Bed comfy. Soft pure white towels. Great refrigerator and microwave. Great water pressure for a wonderful hot shower after a long road trip. Right next door is an I-Hop and Steak & Shake. A lot of yard space to walk my dog & dogs are welcome free of charge. ”

“Even though the motel is older, it was clean, the water pressure was good, the ac worked well. It had a microwave and small fridge which was perfect. The owners were very nice! We were there just over night because family members were at the RV park and we visited them. The RV park was just up the road, so this motel was convenient. Also we walked to Big Boss subs and deli for our breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. Also had their cheese steak and meatball subs for dinner and they were...

“Clean room, comfortable bed. Terrible TV reception. I wasn"t too fond of the liquid soaps available in the shower. I thought the outdoor railing on the stairway was dirty & in need of a fresh paint job. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was terrible. ”

“Love the location and the seats with a view of the water way. Couldn't give 5 out of 5 for facilities due to poor wifi connection in my room, streaming videos didn't work well. Not related, but Cell reception all over historic st Augustine was bad too.”
