“Stayed with my family and a friend for a long weekend and we had an amazing time. Bonnie was a wonderful and communicative host, we would definitely stay again! The property is in the perfect location between Okaloosa and Destin. The pools are very nice and the beach front area is close to the pier. The condo has everything you need for a short stay.”

There was a little bit of trouble (outside of our or the owner’s control) with check in, but throughout that whole process, the owner was communicating clearly with us and was super gracious in helping us figure out what would be best. “Absolutely loved the property. It was exactly what we were looking for on our sisters trip. The view was breathtakingly beautiful off the slider balcony with the pool right there as well. The inside was also very nice. So convient to have everything you need all withen steps. We will definitely use this as a vacation stay again.”

“We've stayed at this property twice now. Overall, we enjoy the unit and location. This time, it was Spring Break which meant it was VERY busy (we got lucky and only waited about 1 hour for check-in, it was MUCH worse later). Would suggest staying here, but trying to avoid Spring Break weeks.”

“Beautiful clean condo. Ten minute walk to beach and dining spot. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Restaurants and shopping near by with all the activities available at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We would stay here again.”

“Good location, good views, comfortable stay. We walked to the beach almost every day. It takes about 7-10 minutes. We also walked to Walmart to pick up some groceries. It's about a 10 minute walk away. Notice: The shuttle doesn't run on Monday and Tuesday! Plan accordingly.”

“House was great. Management was great. The water part was not open and was not told is before booking the property. That was a let down and caused frustration, but over all we 13 adults and 2 children enjoy the property and would recommend it.”

“I reserve a king once we got there she say she upgraded us but it was 2 queen bed I was disappointed it about that”

“Loved the amenities at this property. The grotto swim up bar, and outdoor bar and grill. My only negative is that when entering our room it was not appealing at all. There was all white and gray and I expected a tropical feel, it was not exciting at all, very sterile looking. I've stayed at other beach side resorts and this one was a let down with the inside decor. ”

“This hotel had so much to offer and the entire staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well at check in. Everyone was pleasant and eager to make our stay wonderful. There was a nice selection of restaurants, and the hotel grounds, pool areas and beach were beautiful and well maintained. ”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! ”
