The only complaints were how firm the beds were and the rooms were very warm, opening the windows made things better, but theres a lot if traffic noise if they're open. But overall we had a very nice stay, breakfast was fantastic. ”

“This is truly one of the most horrible stays I have ever experienced. I checked in after a very long day of traveling and went to my room to shower and get some sleep. I woke up in the morning to a bed full of bedbugs. When I brought the issue up to the manager Ali and presented him with photos, he said that “he will look into it”. They were only able to provide me with a partial refund and showed absolutely no professionalism handling a very serious matter like this. ”
