“We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. Only 1 of the 4 stovetops worked, which was not resolved. The positives were the free and easy parking, convenient location, and simple, hassle-free check-in and...

“The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. It should be pointed out that there is no formal dining or food preparation area, a fridge microwave and toaster are available, but that is the extent of the kitchen facilities. Our biggest concern was we had no cell service at all in the unit or on the property.”

“Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions.”

“I never have been treated like this before. I had a paid reservation for four nights. I called about 4 PM to say we were running late... response: "No problem." I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Two other customers arriving after me faced the same dilemma. Warning: avoid this establishment like the plague!”

“The sign hanging on the door for no vacancy was concerning. The room was okay, could have used a deep cleaning but apparent it is extended stay. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to keep room 68. Kitchenette to save money on food BUT there is nothing to do so. No toaster, no coffee pot. No coffee in downstairs to offset. Had to go by things to cook and eat there. 3 towels, 2 wash rags and one kitchen hand towel for linens. Downstairs at the desk many...
