“We have been staying in this hotel several times when traveling to Chicago. Nice and quite place to stay. This time, we were first given a room on the first floor, next to the bar and swimming pool. It was very loud. We were then asked to move to an upper-level room and the front desk then changed the room. ”

“I really like this Motel 6 it’s updated and the rooms are a little smaller but their beds are very comfortable and not sitting on the floor. The ladies at the front desk is welcoming and asking if it’s anything you need let them know. The washing and dryer works.”

“We had a great stay here at the Courtyard Marriot. We found the hotel to be very clean and the hallways even have a nice smell to them. Some updates could be done to the hotel as some features are outdated, but the whole experience overall was great. The customer service was amazing from most of the hotel staff as well, especially the lady that checked us in. ”
