“This hotel is nice, however it feels that they use exclusive memberships to prioritize rooms and experience. We had some issues in the room, and while they were receptive and accommodating, it feels like these things slip because they're trying to impress the membership guests. ”

“Hotel was not bad, room was clean. However, when we got to the hotel there were not lights on the outside everything was dark. And we have to wait until someone comes to open the door for us. ”

“Nothing unique. Its just off highway, probably suited more for large mtgs/conferences. They must allow dogs as I heard on frequently barking. My room was excellent, perfect amount of space with couch, clean and smell of a clean room. Nothing in room to give TV guidance or info on dining. The front desk person could not have been more pleasant.”

“The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”
