“The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.”

“We stayed in the cottage while attending a UF graduation. It was a pleasure staying away from the congestion of G'ville. Instead, we enjoyed a beautiful drive via 441 right into town, about 15 minutes away. The mattresses were pretty soft - a 2 night max for me, thus the 4 stars. But the cottage was comfortable, we loved sitting on the front porch, enjoying the breeze & the scent of jasmine. The location didn't lend itself to taking walks, but there are nearby options for that.”

“Our stay at this precious cottage was exactly what we needed after traveling and festivities at college graduation. The decor was obviously carefully curated by the owners with impeccable antiques as well as one of a kind crafted pieces. We were all extremely comfortable in the large beds with fresh clean linens, the adorable bathroom and full kitchen. “We have stayed here many times over the years. It is a wonderful, bright, clean and uniquely decorated cottage. It is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need and more. It is right at the beach and an easy quick drive for groceries or restaurants. The owner is wonderful and will readily answer questions. We love both cottages on this property. ”
