The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. “The overall environment was rustic. The room was good. As most hotels or guesthouses here, people do not pay attention to detail; forget aestetics. It has courtyards on 3 levels. The service team was always available. I reached out to them in advance and received taxi service from the airport. ”

“I booked for 4 peple.It booked for only 1 bed to accommodate 4.funny website.Instead of booking in the website, go for other online booking as there is no customer care for this experdia.No response and we faced lot problem for another booking as it was a peak season.”

“On my way to hotel I got a call from hotel that ma’am please don’t come to the hotel, we have electricity issues at the property so we would not be able to host you…we’ll cancel your booking and will give you the refund of ur amount…so, it was really very bad as I was travelling for a very long distance and at the end moment they told me this…so, it was really hard for me to find new place to stay…and moreover I have still not got my refund.”

“Views and serenity great, apartments good, food good. Double size bed and 4 minute showers not so good. Take your hiking boots and a bottle of water to find reception. ”

“The view of the river Ganges was amazing did not realise during booking that it was home stay hotel but the food was very good staff very polite and helpful . Need to endure different plugs sockets or adapters available for charging the phones . Good communication . Lovely stay The yoga master was good too ”

“The property was not clean when we checked in. Liquor bottles and food was scattered around the room. The staff was not supportive. It took 2 hours to get the room cleaned. They have other 2 rooms available whose condition were same.”
