“We were supposed to have a queen size and a twin bed however when we checked in we did not. We are not picky people so we asked if perhaps they had a roll out, they kindly brought it to the room. It was AWFUL!!!! The springs were visibly sticking out of the thing!!!! The bed in our room was equally awful with springs showing through!!! My husband, our daughter and I did not sleep very well at all way too uncomfortable.”

“I rented the room for my neighbors as an anniversary present. The room they got was not the room they wanted nor the room I thought I was renting, based on the website. My neighbors enjoyed their stay but is was disappointing to rent a room that was different than what they wanted and what the website showed .
