“Great”

“The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was lacking. The hot tub was cold. I let staff know and they didn’t do anything about it. I called down a few hours later and a different staff person had it taken care of in 10 minutes. Too late by then to use it. ”

“The hotel was very nice and the communication from them leading up to the stay was excellent. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the room temperature ourselves, we had to text the owner to raise or lower the heat, and it was cold for awhile in the room when we arrived. Also, the location is not as close to the main street as described in the overview -- more than a block to the main street where shop and restaurants are. “Free breakfast was not offered. We were told its only available Saturday and Sunday. Staff were rude and short with us when we had questions. The whole place smelled like smoke even though we paid for a smoke free room.”
