“hotel advertised that it was pet-friendly - this is the only reason why we booked it. when we arrived at 10PM after driving 12 hours and looking forward to a bed, the staff informed us that they cancelled our room because they do not allow pets. the staff offered no other solutions or recommendations to actual pet-friendly hotels. in fact they were cold and their apology sounded fake. why advertise pet-friendly if they are not pet-friendly? at the very least, they could've called us at any point...
“Nice hotel in a perfect distance from Chicago. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food (pancakes, cereal, egg mc muffin). We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the very nice personel.”
