Boutiquehotell i Norra Indien

“Det var kaos vid frukosten. Servicenivå var katastrof i restaurangen. ”

“Bra hotell i Agra, nära till Taj Mahal”

“One of the worst star properties we have been to. The maintenance of the rooms is extremely poor. Smoking and non smoking rooms are in the same floor in front of each other which makes the corridors smell of smoke all the time. The faucets in the bathroom had leaks and moulds. Extremely dirty carpets. The bartenders do not remember what order they had received. For the same price and even lower one can book Taj properties which are extremely wonderful and have professional and helpful...

“Room pretty neet but fresh blood stains on my towel. Got a new one next day. Wondering what else was not washed.. No Windows to room. Very loud noises occassionally during the night. Always bring earplugs! Restaurant upstairs was very nice with good food and service. Although very loud music even during day time. Door guys very nice. ”

“The hotel has a lot of history. The rooms can be better maintained - but definitely great experience just because of the history it carries”

“Det här är ett utmärkt hotell med bra service i Agra. Rummen var rejäla, hotellet kändes nytt och fräscht och allt var välstädat och välskött. Hotellet hade också en bra restaurang vilket var uppskattat eftersom det inte fanns så många roliga alternativ i närområdet.”

“Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.”

“Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo”

“Great location for visiters to the Taj Mahal. Walking distance even in very warm weather. Breakfast on the sister-hotel on the opposite side of the road, good selection of items on the menu. The electricity and wifi were rather shaky due to thunderstorms.”

“When we got our room there were no towels in the room. The bedsheet looked dirty. They had red stains. I requested them to change it. The new ones didnt look so clean either but were better than the first one. When we were checking out they said we ordered breakfast so we have to pay extra when we did not order anything. Although till the end they found out that we actually didnt order anything. But the management should be good at their job. Because they asked me to just pay extra and did...

“Beautifully Property with well clear rooms & Staff is also helpful”

“Centrally located hotel, 2 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal gate. Friendly owner!”

“Amazing clean room staff m”

“Nothing is good about this property other than the location. Definitely a NO for families with kids.”

“Rummet var sisådär. Duschen fungerade inte, väldigt ofta var det delvis strömavbrott, inget riktigt fungerande wi-fi, toaletten spolade inte riktigt och lyhört. Om du tågluffar är detta ett bra boende beläget nära stationen. Personalen är väldigt attentive. Ringer och knackar på morgonen, håller på så tills klockan är fyra. Men den enda hotellpersonalen i Indien som var hjälpsam upplevde jag.”
