“This establishment is not a hotel but a banquet hall that accommodates multiple events, including up to three weddings simultaneously. As a result, it can be quite noisy. The rooms are not up to standard, with cleanliness issues, including dirty linens and bedsheets with holes. Additionally, the televisions are inoperable, lamp shades are damaged, and there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the rooms.”
