“The Hope Inn was exceptional in every way. The inn itself was warm, welcoming and impeccably decorated. Super clean. The owners welcomed us and explained how everything worked. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Redding and great restaurants. The location was close to everything. The grounds were stunning. When we came back at night the grounds were sparkling with twinkling lights. It was magical. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our time at the Hope Inn!!”

“The place was very nice,clean stocked with coffee, tea and any kitchen utensils or dishes you could ever need for a short stay. The setting was great very nice outdoor space for dogs and a lunch on the porch. The host was very helpful and not at all intrusive. Check in and check out was super easy all done via electronics. I will definetly be back here and highly reccomend.”

“This place is great. It's basically a hotel room, with the privacy of a quiet Chico neighborhood. Albeit with a large bathroom. The inclusion of coffee and filters for the small coffee pot was an added bonus. Great place, and I would definitely stay again. Thanks.”

“Nice place for a short visit. Excellent yard for a dog. Comfy bed, wonderful bathtub, small but functional kitchen, great heating/cooling, love the electric car plug in, perfect parking, and great neighborhood. Property managers are excellent. Things for the owner to consider are noise from washer and dryer and smell. I think you had some smokers stay and the smell really lingers.”

“We spent one night in the Tiny House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and absolutely adorable. It had everything we needed for dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed coffee outside in the morning with a spectacular view. Laurel was an awesome host. We’d love to stay there again.”

“My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.”

“I loved the bed! Using my computer for movies worked well. Obviously the internet was strong. Actually, I loved EVERYTHING about this place. The center of downtown Chico was a lovely mile and a quarter walk, which I took almost every day. ”

“This place met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you might need for a short stay. However, the sink In the bathroom is tiny and water goes everywhere. There was absolutely nowhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. I had to use the table outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.”

“Lovely lakefront cottage with a great kitchenette perfect for making breakfast in! The cottage was clean and well equipped! We wish we could have stayed longer! ”
