“The house was set up really well for guests and could fit a lot of people. It was also very open and light and airy and nice to be in. The fenced front yard was awesome to have for my son. In terms of location - it's not walkable to anything, but it's a very easy drive to the nearby towns. ”

“Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. ”

“We have five kids and are driving from central CA to Washington state. We have a hard time finding hotels that work for us, but this house was perfect. Everything was just as it said it would be, and the host was easy to connect with and very responsive. Would stay again!”

“Surprisingly tucked away near the shore- fun, clean place, which is a great getaway. It’s so pleasant with the amazing view of Clearlake and the Hills to the north.”

“The house is absolutely beautiful! Perfect size for 3 people and so quiet. The freeway is just a short walk away and couldn’t hear a thing! The property felt isolated but is just a short drive from restaurants and shops. Being able to walk down to the river and use the dock was perfect for wading and fishing. Although the river was high at the time of year we were there, it was still enjoyable and relaxing.”

“The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. Didn't kayak (tho they were there and ready for us), but some of us went swimming and really enjoyed that. Well-appointed home, very comfortable and fun. Thank you, Martine”

This stellar abode is furnished with a full kitchen, laundromat and most importantly an excellent sound system. CDs and Vinyl are available for playback, or you can bring your own! “I wanted to visit my old college stomping grounds for the weekend and this place delivered. Less than 10 min walk to all the downtown spots and a block from the trail to one mile. It’s the side of downtown you want to be in when you’re over 30. The bikes came in so clutch too. Owner was really accommodating and kind. Would definitely book this place again. ”

“The property was exactly as described and everything went very smooth for checking in and out. The house was very clean and decorated charmingly. The layout was good for everyone to have their own space (family of 4). We stayed here for our visit to the water park, and it was less then a 10 minute drive to get there, so it was perfect! We really enjoyed the comfort of the beds and temperature of the home as well.”

“The property is great for a vacation type visit. Nice, neat yard with interesting plants and trees. Our dog loved it! Inside very neat and clean, with everything needed for your comfort. We like it so much that this was our second year choosing it as our away home when visiting family. The only minor issue was getting used to the freeway traffic noise if sleeping in the west facing bedrooms.”

“Nice property and well appointed. Accurate description. Lots of backyard space with comfortable seating both sunny and shaded. Pool table was nice. Caught 2 decent sized catfish right off the dock.”

“We had a wonderful time here. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The ramp was great for launching our kayak and the beach provided a great swimming area for my kids and dogs. We also caught many fish (catfish and bass) right off shore! The cove felt private and secluded. It was a quiet, relaxing stay and perfect for any fishing enthusiast.”
