“We had an excellent time at Michael’s and Karen’s lovely condo. Booking, check-in, communication all worked flawlessly. The place itself was very well maintained, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. A big plus are the included garage parking space, ski locker, hot tub, and - of course - walking distance to ski lifts. We truly hope to come back, either in summer or for another winter vacation. One can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful stay at Palisades. ”

“The condo is just as pictured and described. The location is ideal for Diamond Peak, and it's easy to get to other ski resorts and King's Beach. It's fun having the view of the skiers by day and the snowcats at night. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.”

“The resort is nice, they are very stringent on the rules. Home owner was great, responded super quick and was very accommodating. The unit is as described and the pictures are well representation of reality. There is a ski lift just at the base of the resort and the ski concierge is an added perk. The cost does not include resort fee or parking but everything else is great. Staff was very kind”

“Very convenient place for me and my teenage son for skiing at Northstar. A short 5 min walk to the village or ski right onto the Gondola. Really appreciate the kitchen which had 2 coffee makers (and coffee grounds), even basics like oil, salt and pepper. The only small nit is the laundry room’s laundry washer and dryer are operable but could use an update.”

“This condominium worked very well for our visit. Mid-April is off season, and even with daytime temperatures in the 50's, it was amazing to be able to swim at a lakeside pool-a very unique pool-which is fed by a natural hot spring! The view from the clubhouse/fitness facility, tennis courts, pool and pier were incredible and were definitely the highlight of our stay at this property. It is a short walk to that location from the condo, but well worth the extra effort.”

“We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...
