“Absolute gem! This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway with my dearest friend. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to make meals, the fridge has a freezer, coffee pot takes regular ground coffee (filters are provided), the shower was delightful, the bedding is super comfortable, the view is divine, there is a patio to enjoy a meal or morning coffee, the lake is literally steps away and two sun chairs are provided as are the beach towels for them. “I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10”
