“We enjoyed our spring skiing trip at Palisades with 6 friends while staying in this cozy but expansive mt retreat. Very quiet at night except for a moment of coyotes singing nearby. Very well supplied kitchen, lovely stove/oven. Sharp knives, nice stainless steel pots and pans……etc. Plenty of towels, and very clean!”

“The house had mice that were running all over the kitchen, getting into our food and defecating on the counters. Dead mouse in the garage. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was ingested with bugs. We had to throw away food and clean up feces daily. The property manager only said this is common for Lake Tahoe. All my years of visiting Lake Tahoe I’ve never had to deal with this. It was disgusting. ”

“Brandon the host is really responsive, as is the property management company (Evolve). Location is really amazing -- the neighborhood is great but you are super close to several ski mountains and fun towns like Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. Rooms are great, most of them have their own bathroom and there's a nice wraparound deck, and the basement room is a good kids area plus there is access to the hot tub there. Also, the gas fireplaces churns out the heat on a cold day for sure...
