“We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. “We very much enjoyed our stay at this house! The description was very accurate. The location — an easy walk to the lake and many restaurants — was terrific. Our kids were super comfortable, and the furniture was relaxed and cozy. We enjoyed the ping-pong table particularly, and the hot tub was well-maintained. It was really nice to be able to travel with our dogs!Communicate with the hosts was absolutely terrific, and it was easy to get into the house. We would return!”

“Over 25 years of summer vacations in Nortn Tahoe, we have absorbed the rising Carnelian Bay rents with dismay. This year we looked a bit further, and found this just-right home by Cedar Flat: nicely stocked, updated enough but not fancy, perfect size for our family, and priced reasonably. Convenient to either TC or KB, even Incline, and in a quiet neighborhood (not a party house, nor near one). Agate Bay Realty very responsive and anticipated most needs.”
