“Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a vacation. Bed wasn’t comfortable, water pressure in shower was nonexistent, room was hot with no ac, when windows were open the road noise was too loud. Tyrannical owners more worried about patrons smoking in the parking lot rather than cleaning the rooms on a regular basis. Didn’t have room cleaned the entire week. I won’t be back.”

“Wonderful stay. Tahoe is an exceptional destination. Pros: Clean, roomy suite, nice view. Decent food. Nice staff. Prompt valet for luggage. Fairly quiet. Beautiful pool/spa setting. “Rooms were clean and the location was convenient. Staff was helpful when needed as well.”

“Old, worn towels. Very small bathroom (hard to close the door when you showered or used the toliet). Room wasn't air conditioned, which during the summer was strange. Popping open windows at both sides of the unit helped, but with the bedroom being on the main hallway side of things, made it feel strange. The bed was 24" feom the hallway... Walking past other rooms doing "morning activities" was weird. That said, would I stay here again, yes. The location was super convenient, and won versus...

“Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be...
