“Very cool building and awesome location. Nicely decorated. ”

“This is my third time staying at one of the downtown studio lofts and it was another amazing stay! I get the best sleep on the ultra comfortable beds, the space is squeaky clean, and Marcial is always quick to respond to any questions. I will always stay here when a room is available!”

“Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es war blitzsauber, sodass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause fühlte. Die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Insgesamt hatte ich ein fantastisches Erlebnis und habe jeden Moment meiner Zeit hier genossen.”

“Was not able to check in. Has to sleep in my car first night. Checked back 3 days in a row. 3rd day found someone on the property. They had a fire 2nd floor and never contacted me and no notice on doors , no number to call for help. Was not able to contact a manger to refund money. I booked for 3 weeks and still trying to get my $2000 dollars back. Horrible experience”

“The property was beautiful as described. It as clean as a whistle. There was parking close to the entrance. The shower was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The ONLY thing was the musty smell. It hit you when you first entered the building and never left. I could tell that attempts to alleviate the odor had been made but it was still overpowering.”

“Do not book here it smells awful so much so that I was sick to my stomach and my husband and I had to keep stepping out of the room house cleaning barged in on us before 5 AM we had to cancel the next night due to the smell . There was air fresheners lined all in the windows halls throughout the entire building so they knew it smelled bad. Also, when I went to go lay down for bed, there was a dead bug in the bed. I would never book with them again.”

“The suite was exceptional. The overall size was spacious and comfortable. Good location downtown, Marshall. ”
