“we enjoyed the home and pool, clean and very safe, its a bit away from Rocky Point but if you know your way around it is very quick to get to other areas in town, my only complaint was trying to contact host through email regarding a billing issue. not once did he return my email , which I sent through the portal, where it noted contact host. “We had a great time at La Perla. It's about 15 minutes past Las Conchas. We drove the road at night which can be a little tricky. The extra wait was worth it. Great house for a family trip. 14 beds total! The house was comfortable and functional. Every room has an individual AC unit which is great in the summer! The patio had plenty of seating for us. The beach was beautiful, clean, and unpopulated. Overall we had a great weekend here.”

“We got up no traffic noise, no dogs barking and cool morning out in the back patio drinking coffee. It was a good size house and i loved the walk in showers the best. I even cooked a few nights just to stay in. Owner (shawn ) would text asking if we needed anything? To let him know, that's was very nice. We will be back again”

“We stayed for few days and were very happy. House was as described, clean, kitchen well stocked, great ocean views. Enclosed front yard was convenient for our dog so he didn’t have to be leashed at all times. Shower and a hose on the patio to rinse off your sandy feet. There is quite a bit of reef along the beach at Las Conchas so take your water shoes. The house is situated perfectly as there is nice opening in the reef with sections of sandy beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!”

“Nicely decorated and spacious with most colorful accents on the outside! Comfortable bed and spectacular patio to relax and take in the sea. Noisy refridgerator is the only complaint.”

“Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
