“I was delighted, upon entering, at all the lovely additional touches I found--from a variety of cozy pullow and throws, warming candles, exotic teas and coffees, snacks and chocolates, muffins and popcorn, and all the way to farm-fresh eggs! I happen to have run into the host and hostess at different times duribg my stay, and appreciated their dining, hiking and sight-seeing suggestions. Most especially, Kevin and Brie are genuinely friendly, caring (especially to this single, female traveler)...

“Out host was present when we arrived to greet us. He made sure we could get in and everything was to our satisfaction. We had a little problem with the WiFi, but he was very responsive and got us straightened out quickly. We were very comfortable in the unit with plenty of space to relax. ”

“We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. ”

“The cottage had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was centrally located to shop, restaurants, UNM hospital, & doctors offices. The area isn't the greatest but we felt safe & secure with the fence & locks. I will be sure to rent this lovely home when we need to go to Albuquerque again. ”
