“We had everything we needed: A very clean and safe place to stay, comfy queen-size bed, kitchen, parking, and a great location. It was perfect for our needs. I can see what others are saying about the couch. My 18-year-old slept on the couch and didn't mind it, but I recommend bringing a cot or air mattress if you need a second bed for a picky adult. ”

“What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. The house sits on a ravine with great sunset views from both the back patio and raised front patio. Lots of outdoor space, bedrooms were very comfortable, living space was large and well appointed. “Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay. I rated the price as terrible due to an unexpected and undisclosed charge approximately 7.5 times the advertised rate for one night. I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution.”

“The unit was clean and comfortable. We located plenty of coffee cup lids and sleeves, but no coffee cups to go with them. We didn’t bring any spices to cook with and couldn’t find any salt for our meals. Some spice and condiments would be nice. Had to ask for additional towels. Overall the unit was good with just a few minor things.”
