“Three Bears Lodge was just perfect for a girlfriend getaway for two nights. The place was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare meals, the hot tub was super relaxing and the owner made himself available for any questions or issues. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saratoga without the hustle and bustle. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again if the opportunity presented itself. “Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.”

“I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”

“This was an excellent house in a very pretty, safe, clean neighborhood. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the house when we walked in. It was well organized, with a well stocked kitchen. The shower was hot with great pressure, and there were lots of towels for our party of 6. The backyard was very pretty. “The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. “Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)”
