“The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. “If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. ”
