The building has an amazing history, the smokehouse history was fun to learn about, and the town had an event called "first Friday" where local bands and vendors showcased on Friday night, and our host was always attentive to our needs, available, and pleasant. This stay was perfect! 10/10”

“The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues.”

“This hotel was easy to get to, staff was super nice and the beds were really comfortable! I didn't need to contact the host for anything but felt like I could if I needed to. A Lyft into the Wharf was quick and only 20 bucks. Breakfast is very simple, but good.”

“Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving....

“This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. The place could use a deep clean (fridge, baseboards, etc.),...

“Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions.”

“Love the settings to set up the place Management was Awesome anything I needed they were always there to answer that phones To see to my needs, it's peaceful there a home away from home. I didn't want to leave loved it. Restaurants in the area are nice and everything is accommodated very good. I will very much use them again. Thank you guys.”

“The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating.”

“The first day we woke up, before we had showered, the electricity was turned off. When we asked the workers about this, they said they did notify the property manager prior to this scheduled work. Very disappointing. we would have re-scheduled, It wasn't turned back on until late afternoon. The running continued first thing in the morning (7:15 ) until we left...

“What an incredible house! We hosted our friends and siblings for our wedding weekend and comfortably fit 9 of us - it could easily fit 12 adults though. The property manager was so helpful with our booking; she was willing to answer countless questions and she suggested some really great vendors! Our plan was to use the balcony for our reception/dinner but the weather turned on us, so we moved it inside. They allowed us to move all the furniture to accommodate our event and the space was...

“Right off the highway, comfortable, safe and clean! The only minor issue was the door to the courtyard closes with a loud CLUNK, and my unit was right above it. Know you need to contact the office if you're arriving after 7pm; they will text you lockbox info to get your key. Will stay here again!”

“Flew into Dulles and the hotel was about 15 minutes away. We went to Shenadoah National Park which was about 1.25 from the hotel. Clean and wifi was good.”
