“Very nice and welcoming host. Quick to respond. Home is beautiful and cozy. Beds are comfortable. Room to relax. Close commute to downtown Knoxville. Would highly recommend this host and property! Would stay here again.”

“Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street. ”

“The house was absolutely amazing. Came for the weekend to ride windrock with my daughter and enjoyed every bit. Around 8 minute drive or so from the driveway to entrance of park and was a plus we could ride directly from there back and forth. The house had everything you needed and then some. Brooke is an exceptional host and really went out her way to make sure our stay was perfect!! Will definetly be booking again! Thanks so much and really appreciate everything you did brooke!!”

“Everything was just as advertised and the hosts were the absolute best to deal with! We did have a small issue with the WiFi (which wasn’t their fault) and she was willing to do anything and bend over backwards to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. I will use them again!!!”

“Dirty, poorly prepped . Looked like it was designed as a frat house ! Bed upstarts unusable and bed in the closet is mattress on the floor . Fence broken and generally the place was in ill repair We were in a jam at the holiday unable to find another place or I would have left. It is close to downtown but sits in the middle of an industrial area which is largely abandoned or under construction, not a pleasant place to sit in the porch ”
