    Wylah features four spacious bedrooms exuding a relaxed coastal vibe. Two sophisticated bathrooms combine style with practicality for a perfect refreshment experience. The main bedroom embodies luxury, complete with an ensuite for a delightful, exclusive experience. Each bedroom is equipped with elegant furniture and sumptuous beds ready to cocoon you in dream-filled nights.

    The heart of Wylah is the dining area, perfect for family meals and bonding time. A fully equipped kitchen with all the essential crockery and cutlery offers ample space for your culinary adventures. Adjacent to the dining area is a plush lounge featuring a big-screen TV, perfect for rounding off your day with a good movie.

    The interiors flawlessly blend into the expansive outdoor balcony, the ideal place to relax and soak in the serene environment.

    There are no shops or services in North Arm Cove. The nearest shop is 10 minutes away. You can launch a boat at the local public boat ramp at Karuah (11km away). You shall need to shop before your arrival and pack all essentials. Due to the property being located on a large bush block and surrounded by bushlands and untouched bush blocks this is a remote area and wildlife can be spotted in close areas or in the yard.

    Important Points

    -You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

    -Pets on application, the home is not fenced, can utilise front deck only.

    -Property is on tank water and septic services.

    -Remote location in North Arm Cove.

    -Strict no party or function policy.

    -No smoking inside.
