The Space:

Designed around relaxed group stays, Stonewood pairs soaring double-height ceilings and full-height glass doors with curated furnishings, custom joinery, and a warm open-plan living area. The home is positioned beside North Avoca Lake, with direct lake access from the backyard and a visual connection to the water from the main living spaces.



The chef's kitchen has a stone island and high-end appliances for easy shared meals, while the outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers extend living outdoors. The private pool sits alongside the sun deck, and a kayak is available at the water. A pool table adds another space to unwind.



Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests:

- Bedroom 1: King bed, private ensuite, and lake views

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed and sofa bed

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed and sofa bed

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed and private ensuite

- Three bathrooms



For longer stays and workcations, the home includes air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with a lake outlook, washer, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The indoor fireplace is a particularly inviting feature during the cooler months.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the private pool, sun deck, backyard, outdoor kitchen, and direct lake access. Self check-in is available via smart lock, with a private entrance.



Free secure parking is available on the premises. Parking capacity and vehicle-size restrictions are not specified, so guests travelling with multiple or oversized vehicles should confirm suitability before arrival.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must complete a secure online Guest Check-in Form and provide a digital copy of their ID, accurate guest details, and card details.



A refundable $2,000 security bond is held for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Card details are encrypted and securely processed through Stripe; they are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.



Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Long-term stays are allowed.
