“Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Owner had a septic guy come out to empty the tank but the pipes must've been so far gone because of the full septic tank that the issues continued even after the septic tank was empty. “The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Only wish the restaurant was open and bar was running..it was always closed so we had to make sure we were well stocked.”

“Great space, Decor is very tasteful and lots of room , beautiful spacious bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , Outdoor deck with lovely decor seating and hot tub. The beach is perfect with paddleboard and swimming mat provided .Clean , everything there that we needed . Would definitely book again .
