When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.”

“I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time.
1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...

“We had to switch rooms because our air conditioner was broken and the cover was just sitting on the floor. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was not enough bath towels for two people and only 3 pillows in the queen size bed. Breakfast not very appetizing, coffee was on the cold side. Some staff were friendly but most very not so much. Overall very disappointed and would not stay there again.”
