“We booked this property for the convenience of being walking distance from the NJ PATH train ( Journal Square Station) which takes us to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The apartment was excellent: clean, well stocked, modern bathroom, comfy bed and even comfy sofabed which my daughter slept on. Our host was lovely, easily communicated with her and had absolutely the best stay. I would stay again if available the next time we travel back to the area. “We really loved your visit. You got to pick your neighborhood. SOHO has fantastic food and shopping options. Also close to Chinatown and Hudson River. The E/A/C and 1 trains are very close by. The living space is immense for NYC standards. Kitchen and bedrooms are small but adequate. Having a washer/dryer unit is a huge plus!”

“The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It was convenient to the quaint Hoboken main street with lots of great restaurants and bars. It was also close to the ferry which was a fun and quick way to get to Manhattan. One note I would add is the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. It was worth it for us for the views. ”

“I’ve been to NYC before but never stayed outside of the city. This location was perfect-away from the hustle and bustle from the city but easy enough to get there every day for sightseeing. But also, it’s one block away from Washington St in Hoboken. Make sure you spend time walking down. The unit itself served its purpose. “Incredibly beautiful apartment with great views”

“This place is a 10/10 for what it is. It's the second floor of a two-story, traditional Jersey City house. Not too many frills, but a homey place to stay if you're looking for a homebase in NJ/NYC. Full kitchen, good-sized bedrooms and a small living room. Parking was easy on the street and its walking distance to the light rail and some cute stores and restaurants. “An amazing property with all the great things including massive TVs , kitchenware and a grill. One thing that should improve is the water pressure at the toilets. The other minus was the noise as the apartment is on the street it gets really loud on Friday evenings.”
