Having stayed at a couple others including Lords of the Manor, the positives of this one in comparison are: its easier to get to from London, the grounds are amazing and impeccable, its a truly remote feel among the hills, land and animals of Cotswolds, and the michelin starred Dining Room is probably the best food in the Cotswolds. “A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. ”
