“The property is in a perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, etc, or to simply sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The place was clean and was the check in instructions were easy. It was also nice that parking was included. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Celebrating our 45th anniversary & could not have chosen a better place. Karen & Chris were great to work with & they even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly! The condo was very clean & in a great location - close to grocery stores & restaurants - we found a favorite spot within walking distance - Swells’ A Brewing!!! We had a wonderful time & would certainly stay here again & highly recommend!!!”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
