“We came up during the off-season (Master's Week in Augusta) and had an amazing time. It is far enough from everything that you're not surrounded by tourists, but also you can get to Nag's Head in 5-7 minutes. Everything is clean and it made for a great home away from home for the week. I would absolutely stay there again, especially for the price.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is lovely and even nicer in person than the pictures depicted. My daughter loved having her own room to hang in (the office). The shower is amazing. All beds were comfortable and the living furniture was also very nice and comfy. The screened in porch was a huge bonus for us with the perfect temps we had while there. The location is super close to the beach.”

“The property, owner communication, and amenities were awesome! Two suggestions. The first would be to document in greater detail the miner style stairs that are required to navigate to get to the loft bedroom. If you have a leg or back issue or senior you may not be able to navigate those steps safely. In addition if you had a few too many you will most likely be sleeping on the couch. Second, and this is minor. You may want to stock larger coffee cups as the keurig generates 12 oz...

“Me and a few of my friends drove down from New York during spring break and we had an amazing time. Patrick was easy to communicate with and was very sweet and understanding. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a close drive to the pier. We were also very close to all the shopping and restaurants near by. We will be back!!”

“The online description is accurate, it’s rustic but was perfect for us. It could use a little TLC but we understood it’s an older house. Our stay was very nice and we would consider renting it again .We did see a 5ft Corn Snake off the ocean side deck and let the family know next door due to them having small children.”
