“The cottage was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed (beds, linens, towels, kitchen, etc.). The only drawback for us was the passing vehicle noise as the cottage is situated just a few yards from a busy road. This apparently has not been an issue for majority of guests so maybe just us. “Everything was relaxing and easy. Just what a quick getaway is supposed to be. Golf cart was a must for us and had 0 issues with it. We had our boat at the marina so super convenient. If I had to suggest anything it would be an indoor door mat to help prevent sandy floors. Hard to not get sandy feet at the beach. Thank you!!!”

“The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
