“Out stay was great, great location! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the only downside for us was the wifi that didn't work on the Four Seasons building, the signal was so weak. Besides that, definitely recommend and would stay again for sure.”

“This is a great hotel. Anniversary stay. Very modern, upscale rooms. Rooms came with many extras such as snacks, beach towels and chairs, access to free-use bicycles. Within walking distance of the village, lighthouse, restaurants, ice cream places, and coffee shops. Ferry slip is also close by. Hanna, General Manager, was a highly welcoming host and gave us pointers about the island. Best customer service. We will most definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we are on the OBX.”

“The room was very noisy … across from the refrigerator and ice maker … it’s amazing how much ice people get throughout the night. The WiFi was bad and the AC was impossible to adjust. The fitness center was a joke (2 treadmills and a few loose weights). The hotel nickels and dimes customers at every option from parking fee to bar and soda costs to late check out charges.”

“From the time we checked in until we left our interactions with all of the staff members was very good. They were polite and helpful to all of our needs. Breakfast each morning was excellent! The place is conveniently located close to the beach and walking trails. Our disappointment was the condition of our room and the facility itself! Our room had paint peeling on the ceiling in several places and the baseboard in the bathroom was cracked and coming away from the wall. The carpet in our room...
