“After reading other reviews, I was worried we made a bad choice staying here. However, after our stay I'm going to assume those were just extremely picky people.
The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Yes, the towel count in the room when we first got there was only 1 of each towel. This was quickly brought up to us after a quick request.
A few reviews mentioned the air not working properly. I will agree here. It was warm in the room but only when trying to sleep.

“Bri and the staff at this echo suites are amazing! The property is new to the point where you can smell the carpet glue when you’re walking through the lobby. They take them at most meticulous care of things when they come to cleaning so hopefully the new will stay on for a long time. Has a lot to do with the guests, but the staff is going over and above. I would highly recommend.”
“We stayed in a queen suite, which sleeps 6. I was impressed with the 1 1/2 baths. The furnishings in the living area and the separate bedroom were tastefully done. My only complaint was we should have been told that there were doors near the centrally located elevators accessible from parking lot.
