“Pros: - Very responsive property management - Big house, great Vermont cabin feel - Clean bathrooms and great water pressure - Decently stocked kitchen - Beautiful location/ scenery Cons: - A bit hard to find (google maps gets confused) - We had many flies in kitchen and bedrooms - Heating issues (eventually fixed) - Access issues upon arrival (immediately fixed) - Have to remove your own trash when you leave”

“The cabin is fantastic! We loved the rustic feel, cooking smores on the fire, and relaxing in the hot tub. The bed is comfy and the spiral staircase a wonderful touch. Highly recommend! Thank you!”

“The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! The grill worked well too. The view of the lake was wonderful, and having the kayaks a bonus. It would be nice to have a shore access to the lake, but the spot at Sunset Lake is very close by. Everyone was happy to swim at both places. “The Wobbly Cabin is absolutely charming. The decor is tasteful but unique. The kitchen is well stocked and it is clean! I’d also say the beds are great and the linens high quality. If it’s available and big enough for your group definitely book it!”

The cabin was spotless. It has everything you could need. A few items for potential guests: the cabin is up several stairs. Once you are in it, it’s fine, but I know my mom would not be able to make it up and my daughter who recently had knee surgery had to take it slow. You’d want 4pm if you came in any colder...
