“Didn’t get to code on time to get checked in. Waited 20 min at the door in the heat. Someone who lived at the property let us in. I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. The refused to give me another blanket. Apartment is not handicapped accessible. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my elderly mother. The whole process the worst ever. “The stay was nice, place was clean, fair price, and great location. The host was quick to respond. The booking and check-in process are unnecessarily difficult- sending instructions a hour before is not sufficient for people traveling from out of town. Please consider sending 12 or 24 hours in advance like other rentals.Very basic amenities. Not recommended for anyone infirm since the building is old and the stairs reflect the age. There is a hand rail inside. ”
