Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

“Bedroom was not clean (garbage under covers and bed). Dog poop out in the yard, coffee pot did not work. While the space was generally similar it was different than pictured, very basic, not comfortable. A lot of small damaged things (broken cabinet drawers covered with foam board, broken closet doors, no stopper in sink). Only had 3 bath towels for 6 people. Some rooms upstairs were cold. We stayed our scheduled two nights but would not recommend. The neighborhood was nice. ”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
