“This spacious house was able to accommodate 3 generations (11 people) without feeling cramped. Convenient features like multiple sinks, refrigerators and laundry made it easy on the adults. The kids loved the built in entertainment of air hockey and foosball. ”

“Beautiful home with amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck was perfect for dining outside and listening to the sound of the crashing waves. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Property was great for us. Steve was on it with everything. Wished we had better weather for Cedar Point, but that wasn't Steve's fault! Would stay again, which is the best you can say about any place, IMO.”

The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. “Excellent location close to theme parks but out of the traffic of Sandusky. Having the playground, park and lake across the street was a bonus for getting the kids out of the house and off screens!”

“Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall.”

“The property was very clean and was very nice the only reason I give three stars is I have a sensitivity to mold I believe they have a mold issue in the Crawlspace.”

“We had such a great time on our beach getaway. The boys absolutely loved the cozy hallway beds upstairs and looked forward to sleeping there each night. We spent our days on the beach and trying local restaurants, and one night we had a fire in the pit and made s’mores under the stars.We will hope to be back!”

“We had a large group: 12 adults/children. This home provided everything you would need to entertain. What is unique about this property is the kitchen provided you with all essentials to cook, the bedrooms are comfortable, plenty of towels and bathroom essentials are provided. The home had several areas to hang out and the owners provide games, in addition to bikes in the shed. We will definitely be back!”
