“Great place to stay; easy and convenient. A great comfy place and has almost everything you may need. One important note…there are no closets and nowhere to put your clothes to hang them up. We were there for UVM Graduation. So had to live out of suitcases. A bit of confusion with checkout…you call Housekeeping when you leave….which I did…but the number had no working voicemail. Sent a note….never heard from anyone.”

“Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again”

We also appreciated the hosts' timely responses to our questions and the extra touches in the apartment: coffee, tea, napkins, etc. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Burlington.”

The location was ideal and we could walk to the lake, the market place and around town. Communication was excellent. We had a problem on travel day on our end and Laurie was great working with us to make everything work out for us!”

“Clean, cozy, and tidy apartment was as described, with clean linens and towels and comfortable beds for myself and two teenage daughters. Host was responsive, and check-in and check-out was simple. Exterior and street are very dark at night, and the motion-sensitive lights were helpful. Would suggest stocking apt least one washcloth per person per night. Apartment is a 20-min walk to Henry's Diner and other good restaurant options. ”

“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“Stayed here for a couple of nights on a college visit with my son. This was perfect for us. While cozy, we both had our own bedroom and the location was very close to campus as well as a short drive to lakefront. If you are flying in, you could almost walk here from the airport”
