Very clean property, well-maintained, and you only have to cross the street and you're on the beach, which is a BIG PLUS!”

“It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working.
