“Everything in apt was updated and clean. Very convenient to downtown Burlington. Would stay there again. Neighborhood a smidge scruffy / on the "urban" side, but overall would recommend.”

“Apartment was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet considering there are several bars and/or restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Only complaint/suggestion we have is to cover the bathroom window. We used a trash bag so people or traffic on that side couldn’t see in. That isn’t a show stopper though. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I was traveling with 3 people over 73 and having only about 4 steps to get into this 3 bedroom rental was great! Plenty of room for us all and was nice having 1.5 bathrooms also. Location was close to campus and my son (UVM student) was able to get to us easily and quickly.”

Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. “This was a beautiful property. Tucked into a little neighborhood in Winooski. Few minutes to downtown Burlington and not far from other great restaurants, hikes and activities. Our host Stephanie was so responsive. The apartment was sparkling clean, homey and comfortable.”

“Beautiful location right at the marina. The way to get in is sort of odd(you go through the office in the front.) Very very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple. Host left snacks and waters which was appreciated. Loved the location. Very well insulated as I couldn't hear cars or even wind from outside. My only complaint is that the pillows were tiny/worn out and horrible. The bed itself was very firm but fine. (Hopefully they replace the pillows.) Will be back!”

“Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!”

“Interesting home, well appointed. Some issues with cleanliness, for instance moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot. House was 51 degrees on arrival, took over 24 hours to warm up to 63 degrees. No help provided by owner or Vacasa. However the location and layout of the house worked perfectly for us and we had a spectacular eclipse experience.”
