“We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didn’t feel like luxury bedding as...

“This is a really lovely place! Some historic hotels/B&Bs are just historic and have seen better days. Not this place! We were only there for one night while on a road trip, but we would have enjoyed staying a few days longer. The manager greeted us warmly and made sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless, plus the bed was super comfy. After a long travel day we were happy to grab a pizza from a local restaurant...

“The Inn is located in a central but still calm location. About a 15 minute walk to the top of Greenwich Avenue, and before that, all kinds of services that one may need. A very comfortable nice looking and stylish accomodation. And very quiet! The staff is present on site and availavble as needed, however, they are invisible the rest of the time. “We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. “We really loved our two night stay at the inn. The innkeepers were super welcoming and attentive. The original (quirky?) decor was both personal and a welcome relief from boring corporate chain hotels or stuffy “colonial” inns. Our bed was comfy and we had a room with a loveseat, so we could relax there while watching TV. Chef/co-owner Mark Arnao makes a mean breakfast, so don’t skip the chef’s special!
