“My reservation got cancel a week prior my stay. Apparently the owner of the unit cancel the reservation without any explanation. This was a trip that was planned since the beginning of this year. Can you imagine going to New York in this cold weather to find out you don’t have a place to stay??? I know I found out a week prior but can you imagine??? Still it was so difficult to find another hotel where to stay last minute. That’s not the right way to do bussines. I also had to wait more than 2...

“Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is larger than itappears from the outside. The staff, Brian, was very helpful when checking in. We ate at one of the eateries and Tara our server was very helpful even tho she was busy. We’d stay there again.”
