“This was the best place we’ve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “Welcome, Shannon” displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.”

“my daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Rosen Inn. Beds were comfortable. Food was good again. It was just convenient for what we had to do as we were there for the national volleyball tournament.”

“My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

“We came to Knoxville for a recruiting event at UT; stayed 3 nights. Overall, we had a great stay for the three of us. We enjoyed making breakfast every morning and loved the patios! Bring new to Knoxville, we really appreciated the binder of suggested food and coffee areas as well as recommended local events. We loved the farmer’s market on market square on Saturday morning! “The property worked out in being perfectly located near the golf course my sone was playing in a tournament at, and still be reasonably priced and also near numerous options for grabbing a bite while staying, and also near the interstate for into knoxville and etc. The place was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and great to work with on our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time travel to the knoxville area.”
