It was cute, clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. It’s also in a nice neighborhood and located close to restaurants, shopping and just a short drive to Simmons Bank arena. I definitely recommend this house! ”

“Everything was great, home was in a great location not too far from a smaller shopping center to grab any necessities. One bedroom was missing a remote to the ceiling fan, and the washer was out of order. Luckily we packed a little extra. But other than that, great stay. Would definitely book again on a routine trip”

“The tiny house was exceptionally clean and had every thing we would possibly need while visiting our granddaughter at UCA. It is beautifully decorated and the linens were very nice. The queen bed was comfortable but when you are accustomed to a king size, it was a little small. However, it worked well.”
