“the staff is not hospitable”

“What an epic place to stay! The grounds are very large with a regal luxurious feeling all around. I got the background that it is owned by the Marcos family and was used to entertain in the 70's and 80's. Breakfast is a nice buffet and generous to guests as well. The casino has since relocated but the history on the property gave me perspective about the country. Highly recommended stay for families or travelers with an interest in Philippines history.”

“The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food.”

“På resorten finns ingen signal för wifi så jag fick åka upp på berget ca 1 km för att få signal på mitt egna Globe wifi. 500 meter usel grusväg fram till resorten. Det finns ingen badstrand i närheten, det som ser ut som badstrand på Google maps i närheten är ingen badplats, full med sten där.”
